## Shipping Overview

Thank you for shopping at PrimeDecorWP! We are committed to delivering your wallpaper and wall decor products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and costs.

## Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
- **United States** (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
- **European Union** (all 27 member countries)
- **Canada** (all provinces and territories)

We do not currently ship to:
- PO Boxes (for large orders)
- Military APO/FPO addresses
- US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
- Countries outside the US, EU, and Canada

## Processing Time

### Order Processing
- **Standard Orders**: 1-3 business days
- **Custom Orders**: 5-7 business days
- **Large Orders** (over 10 rolls): 3-5 business days

Processing time is the time between when we receive your order and when it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

### Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

### Holidays
We do not process or ship orders on:
- US Federal Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- Canadian Statutory Holidays (Canada Day, Victoria Day, etc.)
- Major EU holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.)

Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- FREE for orders $75 and above
- Delivery: 5-7 business days

**Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day)**

- Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Tracking: Provided

**Express Shipping (UPS Next Day Air)**
- Cost: $39.95
- Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Tracking: Provided

**Alaska & Hawaii**
- Standard: 7-10 business days
- Expedited options may not be available

### European Union

**Standard Shipping**
- Cost: €9.95 (orders under €80)
- FREE for orders €80 and above
- Delivery: 7-12 business days
- Tracking: Provided

**Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx)**
- Cost: €29.95
- Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Tracking: Provided

**Note**: Delivery times may vary by country. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

**Standard Shipping (Canada Post)**
- Cost: CAD $12.95 (orders under CAD $100)
- FREE for orders CAD $100 and above
- Delivery: 5-10 business days

**Expedited Shipping (Canada Post Expedited)**
- Cost: CAD $24.95
- Delivery: 2-4 business days
- Tracking: Provided

**Remote Areas**
Northern territories may experience longer delivery times and additional fees.

## Shipping Costs

### Free Shipping Thresholds
- **US**: Orders $75 and above
- **EU**: Orders €80 and above  
- **Canada**: Orders CAD $100 and above

### Calculated at Checkout
Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
- Order total

### Large or Heavy Orders
Orders containing more than 10 rolls or exceeding 50 lbs may incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you before processing if additional charges apply.

## Order Tracking

### Tracking Information
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships
- Track your order through the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, Canada Post, DHL, FedEx)
- You can also track orders through your account on our website

### Tracking Updates
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment
- If tracking shows no movement for 5+ days, contact us

## Delivery

### Delivery Attempts
- Carriers typically make 1-3 delivery attempts
- If delivery fails, the package may be held at a local facility or returned to us
- You will receive notifications from the carrier regarding delivery attempts

### Signature Required
- Signature may be required for orders over $200
- You can request signature confirmation for any order at checkout

### Delivery Address
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We cannot change the address after the order has shipped
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses

### Package Left at Door
- If the carrier leaves the package at your door, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Consider requesting signature confirmation for valuable orders

## International Shipping (EU and Canada)

### Customs and Duties

**European Union**
- No customs duties for shipments within the EU
- VAT may apply based on your country
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees

**Canada**
- Customs duties and taxes may apply
- You are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes
- Packages may be held by customs for inspection
- We are not responsible for customs delays

### Customs Forms
We complete all necessary customs documentation. You may need to provide:
- Personal information for customs clearance
- Tax ID or business number (for business orders)

### Prohibited Items
Certain products may be restricted or prohibited for international shipping. We will notify you if your order contains restricted items.

## Shipping Issues

### Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package is lost:
1. Contact us at support@primedecorwp.com
2. We will file a claim with the carrier
3. We will send a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is approved

**Timeframes:**
- Domestic (US): 7 days after expected delivery
- International: 21 days after expected delivery

### Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Do not discard the packaging
2. Take photos of the damage (box and product)
3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@primedecorwp.com
4. We will arrange for replacement or refund

### Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery
- File a police report and contact the carrier
- We may assist on a case-by-case basis

### Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed:
1. Check tracking for updates
2. Contact the carrier directly
3. Contact us if the package is 5+ days past expected delivery

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

## Order Changes and Cancellations

### Before Shipment
Contact us immediately at support@primedecorwp.com if you need to:
- Cancel your order
- Change shipping address
- Modify shipping method

We will accommodate changes if the order has not yet been shipped.

### After Shipment
Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order. You may:
- Refuse delivery (package returns to us)
- Return the product per our Refund Policy after delivery

## Multiple Items

### Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items:
- Items may ship separately from different warehouses
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments

### Sample Shipping
- Sample orders ship within 1-2 business days
- Standard shipping rates apply
- Samples typically ship via first-class mail or courier

## Shipping Exclusions

We do not ship to:
- Freight forwarding addresses
- Package forwarding services
- Addresses flagged as high-risk by our fraud prevention system

## Holiday Shipping

### Peak Season
During holidays (November-December), please note:
- Processing times may be longer (3-5 business days)
- Carrier delays are common
- Order early to ensure delivery before holidays

### Recommended Order Dates for Holiday Delivery (2025)
- **US Thanksgiving**: Order by November 15
- **Christmas**: Order by December 10 (standard), December 18 (expedited)
- **New Year**: Order by December 20
